A new office located in Damascus - Syria in Mazza mall

Our system is more efficient than the others with our system you can control and monitor different systems.

In this project, we controlled the lights, shutters, and tanks and we monitored the power meters, water meters, and sewage holes.

Control system: 
 
- Lighting control:  Lighting is the key element in every building, so in this project we allow the user to control the lighting of the entire building from our facades in a simple way.

- Shutters control: Controlling the shutters up / down and we make the control more flexible that the user can stop the shutter in his favorite position.

 

- Tanks filling controlling system:  In this building, there is the main water tank that supplies 8 small tanks so in our system we monitor the level for each one of the tanks (main and small ones) and when the level of each one of the small tanks reached the minimum we start to refill it by the water in the main tank.

With our engineering efforts, we made one interface to monitor the process 24 hours per day.

In addition to the controlling we make a database to store the consumption for each office so that at any time the user can make daily, monthly, and yearly reports for the consumption in the building.

 

- Electric meters monitoring: like the water meters we make a database for the electrical meters in this building to monitor the status 24/7 and make reports for the consumption for the meters.

-Creating reports: Using our system the user will be able to create reports for the consumption of water and electricity and he can export those reports into CSV files to save them. 

To do that and make the user able to have full monitoring for water and electricity we used our smart meters.

Those meters can connect with Foxtrot PLC using RS-485 protocol the following image explains the structure of the system

- Sewage Holes monitoring: this is the last function in the project, in this building, there are 4 sewage holes we used an ultrasonic sensor to monitor the hole level and we make alarms if any one of them is nearly full or empty to tell the user that he must take care about those problems.
