Complete control system and visualization of the testing process in WATERFALL PUMPS MANUFACTURING in UAE 
water pumps manufacture located in UAE. The factory tests the firewater pumps by performance testing process
Control system Tecomat Foxtrot takes care of control of all functions related to this process like creating a database for the testing results, presenting the results in a report, and CCTV system.

Control System:

Foxtrot system is responsible for management and interfacing with next electrical functions in the testing process:

- Controlling parameters to start the process: before starting the test the user should insert some parameter values and sensor setpoints.

- Reading the sensors values to get testing results: beginning the testing process, the water will flow from the tank by the pump to 3 lines. depending on the information that inserted in the beginning ,the water will flow in one of those lines. by sensors the user will read the important parameter of the pump like: the velocity, the pressure, torque, etc..
	Test information

- Data base for testing results: By Reliance SCADA Environment the results will store in Data Base .Every single pump  can be tested many times with different parameters so that the Data Base will store all of these results to make the process easier.
- Making reports: The results in data base will be processed then the final results will be presented in a report with trends.

 

The report

- CCTV system: there are four cameras for watching the process remotely , so the user can monitor full process from his phone/tablet and laptop. Thanks to Internet programming library provided by Mosaic environment, we get full access to Digifort API by using “HTTP Request” function from this library.
